FAQs

  • Once you fill in the contact form, a member of the team will be in touch to arrange an evening or weekend appointment. During these times, we can offer face-to-face or virtual appointments.

  • A private prescription is a medical prescription which is not supplied by the NHS. This could be from a medical doctor, a clinician (such as a pharmacist), dentist, or a veterinary prescription for an animal.

  • After the consultation has been concluded and a treatment plan has been agreed, the prescription can be sent directly to your nominated pharmacy.

  • This varies on the medicine(s) prescribed and the quantity. A patient will usually have to pay for the dispensing of the medication and the full cost of the medication.

This cost varies from between each community pharmacy. We can help your source the medication to ensure the cost of the medicines(s) are kept at a minimum.

  • Payment must be made on confirmation of the appointment.

Payment details will be sent to you.

  • 12 hour policy

We all know that life is busy and situations can arise out of your control.
